Budapest Hen Party Guide

Organising a hen or stag party abroad? Why not give everyone a little more information about the get away – who’s who, where you’re heading, the best bars/clubs in the area, detailed itinerary for your trip. Sound good? Hen/stag party booklets are the perfect way to let all your guests know the important and essential information. They also provide a talking point for guests and can be a useful ice-breaker when you have a lot of guests who may not be too familiar with each other.

Amy got in touch with us, to ask us to put together an official hen party guide booklet for her sister’s hen party in Budapest. She had a few ideas for content, priorities being a who’s who page, itinerary page and also a collage of photos of the bride to be. We gave her some helpful tips on other content we thought may be useful, such as a guide to the best cocktail bars in Budapest, top places to visit whilst in Budapest, fun facts about the area and some other general information that everyone would find useful.

She was quite happy for us to run wild with the design, but she wanted them to be bright and fun – just like Faye (the bride to be!) We’ve included a couple of photos below showing the end result. The magazines were 12 page A5 and we wrapped each one in an individual cellophane bag and sealed it with a personalised sticker (to make sure no one could take a peek before the hen party!)

There were 16 magazines in total, one for each guest. Amy was organising goodie bags to be made up for each hen party guest, the hen party guide was to be the main element of the bag and would hopefully provide a talking point for all the guests. We hope they have a fantastic time in Budapest! Enjoy girls!

Personalised Hen Party Badges

A couple of months back, we created some vintage wedding invitations for Faye & Ben’s upcoming wedding in July. Of course, before the wedding itself there is always a hen party (or 2 if you’re lucky..!) Faye’s bridesmaids arranged a trip to Budapest for her Hen Party and got in touch with us to create some personalised hen party badges for the occasion. We kept them in the vintage theme, utilising a rose pattern background with a lace overlay. This design co-ordinated with some 120mm square stickers that they requested for some hen party goodie bags they were putting together.

The finished products looked great and everyone was very happy with them. They wanted to keep away from ‘cheesy’ hen party badges and have something a little more stylish.

If you have an upcoming hen, stag or even birthday party which you would like some badges created for, give us a call on 01900 68141 or email us using our contact form and we’ll be happy to help.
